Features of the system include;
- Cases can be assigned to investigators or specialists based on region, coverage, skills and more.
- Information is limited to those who `Need to Know’;.
- Users can maintain diaries / logs of all case related activities and communication.
- Documents, images, video and audio files can be attached to the relevant job.
- Procedure templates can be created for different types of cases to standardize business processes and client requirements.
- Information about all parties to a case is centrally stored and maintained.
- All events are logged and time-date stamped.
- Budgets can be established and tracked.
