Robin J. Ryan
Group CEO
Robin started in the insurance industry in 1969, moved into investigation services in 1978, and has operated his own investigations business since 1981. One of Australia's most experienced insurance investigators, Robin has successfully managed over 20,000 separate investigations involving dozens of investigators. Rob is very much aware of the need to maintain vigilance and compliance with national, state and client specific requirements.

My job is to ensure that the group maintains the highest standards of compliance supported by systems, procedures, and training at management and investigator level.'
Lisann Hayes
Business Opportunity Manager
Lisann has been the Administration Manager of the Crux Adelaide office for the past 20 years. She is responsible for the project management of the Crux Investigation Group tender responses, and identification of new business opportunities.

Steve Woodall (Grad. Dip. Business)
Group Training Director
Steve started his investigations career in 1973 and has investigated and managed incidents ranging from fatal vehicle accidents to complex drug trafficking and organised crime activites. During and subsequent to his police service, Steve has managed professional development programs for many hundreds of police personnel from junior ranks to Superintendent level both in Australia and overseas. He has published papers and developed standard operating procedures on general policing and investigation techniques, as well as providing advice and training to the private sector relative to compliance for the transport and handling of dangerous goods. Since 2003, Steve has managed his own busy regional investigations business and has supplemented his broad operational and management experience with business qualifications at advanced tertiary level. Steve welcomes the opportunities and challenges associated with the development of the Crux Investigation Group.
Jennifer Young
Information Communication Technology & Quality Manager
Jen is responsible for the implementation, operation and ongoing development of the group's technology assets, including the Enterprise Case-Management System and Qudos System 3 Quality Management System. Jen was the project manager for the Crux Investigation Group, ISO 9001:2008 certification project. She has a Bachelor of Electronic Commerce degree and 11 years experience in the ICT industry in both the private and government sector.
John Giri
Group Compliance Manager
John has worked in the investigations industry since 1988 and is a qualified investigations trainer. John's technical background is in the use of sophisticated IR and laser technology. He is a training practice leader and works to promote high standards of education and compliance qualifications within the investigations industry.
Jutta Durr
Group Administration Manager
Jutta Durr has worked in Finance and Administration since 1978 and in the investigations field since 1991. She has excelled at all aspects of business management and financial control and is a major asset in the smooth seamless operation of the group.
Chris Blackman
Business Strategy/Development Manager
With over twenty-five years in corporate general management and ten years in business consulting, Chris has experience in establishing strategic business plans for a wide range of SME and large organisations. Chris, through his consulting firm ASVP Group, is responsible for developing the Crux business model and creating an execution framework to ensure the Crux Group's success in the investigation industry.
