Crux Investigation Group (QLD), is managed by Glynn Findlay, who has been involved in the investigation and insurance industries in Queensland since 1988.

Glynn previously had 13 years Policing experience with 8 years as a Detective and operated his own investigation business on the Gold Coast, before being head-hunted by Suncorp in 1997.  He undertook a number or roles within Suncorp, including Investigations Manager (General Insurance) and was an integral team member of the 2002 takeover of GIO, which integrated the General Insurance business of both companies.

Glynn was instrumental in the development of fraud identification and training of claims staff involved in General Insurance from Call Centre to Investigations Unit claims handlers.  He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business (General Insurance), from Deakin University.

He has also been involved the allocation and Quality Control of General Insurance investigations and spent 8 years as a Police Diver and has a comprehensive knowledge of the Marine industry.
