He is a former member of the Federal Police and a former Senior Detective with the South Australian Police Department. After leaving the SA Police Service he was appointed as a Senior Investigator with the State Government Insurance Commission. Bill is supported by Bob Taylor, General Manager, Devon Gamlin, Operations & Compliance Manager and Lisann Hayes, Administration Manager. We have extensive experience in the Private Investigation area having operated since 1989. Management have a combined experience in the insurance industry of more than 60 years. The investigation team consists of highly skilled and experienced factual and surveillance agents that come to us from a diverse and relevant background.
