The Crux Regional Victorian office is operated by Steve Woodall who is supported by General Manager Wayne Boschetti, and permanent administration staff based at our commercial suite of offices in Bendigo. The Bendigo business has been operating for over 10 years and managed thousands of investigations throughout regional Victoria in that time.

Steve started his investigations career in 1973 and as a member of the Victoria Police has investigated and managed incidents ranging from fatal vehicle accidents to complex drug trafficking and organised crime activities. During and subsequent to his police service, Steve has managed professional development programs for many hundreds of police personnel from junior ranks to Superintendent level both in Australia and overseas.

Steve has published papers and developed standard operating procedures on general policing and investigation techniques, and supplemented his operational and management experience with formal business qualifications at advanced level.

Wayne is a long-time resident of Bendigo and has managed a number of businesses prior to joining the Crux Investigation Group. Wayne manages the general operations of the Bendigo office and enjoys the challenges associated with commercial investigations work. Wayne is an accomplished rifleman and enjoys cooking for his wife and family.
